House of Ziso stands behind every product listed and sold and is pleased to offer support before, during and after a sale. Please understand I cannot accept returns on items that have been altered in any way from their original shipping condition and any returns may be subject to fees associated with the sale (ex: shipping). Currently we only offer service to the United States and Puerto Rico. All items sold are accurately represented, packed properly for shipping and shipped with tracking numbers. If you wish to have an item shipped without tracking you assume all risks and House of Ziso accepts no responsibility for anything related to the sale, receipt or condition of items sold without tracking.
